- Really un-organised
- Never replied to e-mails until you nagged them a few times
other then those two points everything went really smooth. My day started with the bump-in crew and setting up tents and stalls before moving into the Green room and setting all the tables and food/beverages for the artist throughout the day.
Starting on the Emigra Stage setting up the lighting and sound for the wires and mics, it was an experince to know how close to detail you have to be for the lighting is the main thing for the stages themselves.
Talking on the radios was the key way of communicating on the day, for we were all the MacCabe park and it was easier the running all the way to the other end of the park to speak to someone, the community hall was the main base for everyone to go if you needed help or to replace the batteries of the radios.
I kept rotating back and fourth between the green room and emigra stage through most of the day just making sure everything was working prefectly and everything was in order. when it got to 9pm the emigra stage and green room were closed and we began to do the Bump out, we wrapped everything up by 10:15pm. Had a quick de-brief by Karen are superviser over the day, thanking us for the jobs we did today and couldnt have done it without us.
